Just got back from taking my 2000 Honda Insight for an emissions test and it turns out I didn't have to spend a dime this year. That's right! Hybrids are frickin' exempt from the annual mandatory emissions testing.
The emissions center guy also told me an interesting factoid (which I haven't verified yet). Apparently, Boise has surpassed L.A. in terms of pollution. (And we're also beating Seattle.)
There's never been a better time to drive a hybrid. Especially one as classy as my Snot Rocket.
Have I mentioned that I love the syndicated comic Bizarro? I think today's (01/11/07) strip is one of my all-time favorites.
