Wrong Number

Erin and I solved a minor mystery last night. After consulting our cell phone logs, we discovered that we'd both received several calls over the past couple weeks from the same phone number. We'd both been ignoring their calls and they never left voice mail.
Once I realized both of us were being called by the same number, I immediately called the number back. Of course, the phone just rang and rang, no one answering. We vowed to get to the bottom of this little annoyance.
So, when the phone rang this morning with a call from that same number, I actually answered it:
I did a bit of Google research after that and discovered it's a frickin' credit scam. Lots of people have been relentlessly called by this company, which seeks to scam people out of a few hundred dollars using the promise of a new credit card. It turns out they're based in Florida, so I figure if they keep bothering me and/or Erin, I can send Jay over there to kick some butt on my behalf. (And get photos, of course.)ME: Hello?
MALE CALLER: Hello, Mr. [unintelligible]?
ME: Sorry, wrong number.
MALE CALLER: <click>
Has anyone else had problems with this number? Any other unusual phone calls?
